Our goal is to give you enough time to correct mistakes while ensuring orders are not delayed once production begins. Everything below is designed to be simple, direct, and easy to follow—so you always know what to expect when requesting a change or cancellation.

Our 4-Hour Flexibility Window (Important)

Customers have a strict 4-hour window after placing an order to request any type of modification or cancellation. This is the only timeframe in which changes are possible because orders immediately begin moving through a combination of automated and manual production steps.

Within the first 4 hours, your order is briefly held to allow you to review and correct information if needed. After this period, the system automatically releases the order into production, where it becomes locked and cannot be changed.

What You Can Change Within 4 Hours:

  • Change of size (e.g., M → L)
  • Change of color, style, or design
  • Correction of custom text or personalization
  • Replacing uploaded images or design files
  • Changing product type or quantity
  • Canceling the entire order
  • Updating the shipping address

Why the 4-HHour Window Is Strict:

Production preparation begins right after the holding period. This includes:

  • Reviewing design files for accuracy
  • Preparing printing or engraving settings
  • Allocating materials, inventory, and sizing
  • Scheduling your order into the production queue

Once these processes begin, modifying or canceling the order would disrupt workflow, cause delays, or waste materials. For this reason, the 4-hour policy is firm and applies to all customers equally.

Requesting a Change or Cancellation (Within 4 Hours)

If you need to modify or cancel an order, it is essential to act quickly. Email is the fastest and most reliable communication channel.

How to Request a Change Properly:

Use this subject line for fastest processing:

“URGENT: Order [Your Order Number] Change/Cancellation”

Include the following information in your message:

  • Your full name
  • Email used at checkout
  • Order number
  • Clear description of the change required

Examples of Clear Requests:

  • “Please change the shirt size from L to XL.”
  • “Please cancel my entire order.”
  • “Please update the shipping address to: [new address].”
  • “I uploaded the wrong image—please replace it with the attached file.”

Alternative Contact Method: You may also use the “Contact Us” page, but email remains the quickest method for urgent requests.

Requests submitted after the 4-hour window will be declined because the order will have already entered production.

No Changes Allowed After 4 Hours

Once the flexibility period ends, the order becomes final. At this stage, we cannot make changes to:

  • Sizes
  • Colors or styles
  • Custom text
  • Uploaded images
  • Order cancellations
  • Shipping addresses

We understand this may be frustrating if something was overlooked, but the rule ensures fairness and fast processing for all customers.

Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate address information during checkout. Please verify:

  • Street number and street name
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Correct spelling
  • Address recognized by major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)

Even small errors may cause delivery delays or failures.

Consequences of Incorrect Address Information

If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment costs.

Common examples:

  • “Insufficient address”
  • “Address unknown”
  • “No unit number provided”
  • “Recipient moved”

If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

If the Package Was Delivered to the Address Entered by the Customer:

If tracking shows delivery to the address provided at checkout, Lovesuperos cannot replace or refund the order. Couriers cannot retrieve or redirect a package once delivered. In these cases, the order is considered fulfilled.
