Order Processing Time

Standard processing time for all orders is 2–5 business days. During this period, our team verifies your order details, checks product quality, prepares secure packaging, and ensures everything is ready for shipment.

Our business days run Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will be added to the next business day’s processing queue to ensure accuracy and careful handling. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays begin processing on the next available business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier workload, but typical U.S. delivery takes about 5–12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Rural areas, weather conditions, carrier delays, and peak shopping seasons may extend this timeframe. For important deadlines or gift-related purchases, we strongly recommend ordering 2–3 weeks in advance.

Additional Processing for Customized or Large Orders

Customized Items: Orders involving personalization (names, artwork, custom prints, etc.) may require an additional 1–3 business days to finalize accuracy and design details.

Bulk Orders: Orders exceeding 50 units may require 7–10 business days depending on inventory and production capacity.

Same-day processing applies only to orders placed before 7:00 PM EST.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Methods

Lovesuperos partners with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (selected regions only). Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and the most reliable route available.

Shipping Fee

All domestic orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD. This predictable rate supports secure packaging, careful handling, and consistent delivery services.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska & Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa)
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

These limitations are due to carrier restrictions and logistical constraints. We plan to expand service locations as we continue to grow.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (or via SMS if you opted in). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

During peak carrier seasons, tracking may take slightly longer to show movement, but once scanned, it will provide real-time updates.

Holiday & Peak Season Considerations

During major holidays—such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and nationwide sales periods—processing and transit times may extend due to carrier congestion.

To avoid delays, we recommend placing holiday or event-related orders 2–3 weeks early.
